This chapter offers an overview of religious diversity in the hospitality industry to highlight current trends and issues and their implications for employees’ and guests’ well-being. The review points towards certain approaches and behaviors that may be leading to religious-based exclusionary and discriminatory practices. In particular, it relates the implications of religious diversity management for employees’ and guests’ psychological comfort and well-being in the hotel sector. The chapter argues that accommodation and inclusion of different religions and cultures are likely to be socially and economically enriching for the hotel sector and the individuals. In the end, the chapter offers practical recommendations in terms of how policy makers, HR directors, and frontline employees can ensure inclusion of people with diverse religious backgrounds and affiliations. Keyword : HR directors, Frontline employees, Policy makers, Psychological comfort, Hotel sector.
