| dc.description.abstract | This study aims at exploring some potential techniques for applying the Electronic Management in the college of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences at Al Ain University of Science and Technology. To achieve the objective of the study the researchers, based on previous related studies, developed and used a questionnaire, which they believe, has the necessary elements to sufficiently elicit the subjects’ responses. All Academic staff (30) teaching in the Education College in the academic year 2013-2014 formed the subjects of the study. The results indicated that in order to exploit the benefits of Electronic Management, all stakeholders must address certain issues in system design, system implementation, and organizational support. | |
