This study attempts to isolate the factors contributing to successful adoption of EIS by gathering the perspectives of senior professionals working with such systems. These process improvements are likely to be controlled by various organizational factors and should be regularly assessed in terms of performance indicators for growing or changing needs of the organizationen_US
