Abstract

This chapter examines the vital role of equity management in managing technology integration in university facilities. With digital devices for learning, education, and management becoming increasingly central, managers must apply strategies prioritizing inclusion, accessibility, and social justice. In leadership driven by equity, technical initiatives are organized with institutional values that promote the same opportunities and address systemic obstacles in an underrepresented student population. Managers should also work for transformative change, promote faculty commitment, and develop an integrated digital ecosystem that supports lifelong learning.
