Due to the increase of sedentary life style in most of the world and specifically in the region where this research is conducted, led to the raise in chronic diseases that start to emerge in the region. These diseases appear in the form of increase in obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. In order to manage such diseases, a close monitoring to patients is essential in order to control its level. The system that we are proposing in the paper is capable of collecting the data from the patients, analyzing them and suggesting the appropriate diagnosis. Hence, this work advises a system that is capable of reducing the physical access load on healthcare centers via notifying both healthcare provider and patients with the acquired results.en_US
