| dc.description.abstract | Dubai possesses the 32nd most advanced e-government system in the world, according to the United Nations. The authors highlight the factors that led to the success of e-government in Dubai since its inception in 2000. These factors include excellent information technology infrastructure, government support for innovations, sufficient finances, and the high e-participation of individuals and corporations. A comparison of Dubai e-government with regional states of Oman and Saudi Arabia concludes that Dubai e-government has led the transformation. | en_US |
