dc.description.abstractThis paper analyses the links between the perceived importance of dining occasions and the choice of wine in the UK. The information's on the attributes, consequences and values associated with wine choice were collected. The paper identifies how these factors vary across consumption occasions. Results showed that personal values have a significant influence on the selection of wine.en_US
