| dc.description.abstract | Shaikha Bint Saeed Secondary School is categorized as a developed Emirati school. It also seeks to play a role in achieving one of the main strategic goals of the Ministry of Education: to enable 75% of students to reach 70% in their academic achievement. School monitoring and accreditation processes have been applied by Ministry of Education to measure performance and provide support to further develop. This case study examines the dilemma of a principal in achieving strategic objectives as her school faces the threat of losing accreditation because of low academic scores. | en_US |
