An Automobile Smart Services System

Abstract

Having reliable road assistance and car maintenance without undergoing the tedious traditional process and endless searches and paperwork is an emerging need in UAE. Currently, if you are looking for a spare part for your car, you have to call multiple centers and request quotations from them and compare them manually to decide which parts to buy. In addition, if your car broke in the middle of the road, you will need a recovery truck to provide towing or fast maintenance services; these are not easy to find nor to contact especially if you are far from the urban areas. Therefore, this research aims to solve these problems and provide users with the ability to find suitable replacement parts for their vehicles, getting road assistance, and having the best maintenance plans with just a few clicks on their smartphones. It will help users save time, money, and efforts by applying proper use of the latest technology aspects to provide end users with a satisfying experience and convenience they expect from smartphone applications nowadays. The proposed application was tested by the intended end users and has successfully solved the mentioned problems and introduced a new innovative solution to the automobile maintenance and repair industry in the UAE.
